Request For Team Placement Can Be Done At The Time Of Registration Only. You Will Need To Specify In The Special Request Section What Coach Or Players You Would Like Your Child To Be Placed With. Remember, Our Goal Is To Have Balanced Teams. We Can Help Players Play With Their Friends, But Cannot Guarantee Multiple Requests Will Be Approved If Teams Are Unbalanced. 

Requests Are Honored If Possible On A First Come, First Served Basis. There May Be Other Reasons Your Requests May Not Be Honored: The Players You Requested May Not Be Playing In The Same US Club Soccer (USCS) Age Grouping As Your Child, The Requested Coach May Not Be Coaching, The Coach May Not Be In Your Child’s Age Group, Or The Team May Already Be At Its Maximum Roster Size.

A DOC May Need To Evaluate The Player To See If He/She Is Capable Of Playing In The Older Age Group.

All Surf Recreation Soccer League Practices Are At River Islands Sports Complex. All U5, U6, U8, U10, And U12 Practices Will Be Tuesday and Thursday Evenings. We Will Have End-Of-Season Jamboree Saturday, September 23rd.

Game Schedules Are Distributed By The Club After All Teams Have Been Formed. Schedules Will Also Be Posted On The Valley Surf Website And On BYGA.

Most Training Schedules And Match Information Will Be Posted By The Club Prior To The Season Starting Online And/Or On BYGA.

Soccer Shoes Are Recommended For Older Players In The U8 Age Group And Up. The Younger Players In The U5 And U6 Age Groups May Wear Sneakers; Soccer Shoes Are Still Recommended. Shinguards Are Mandatory. 

It Is Mandatory For All Players To Wear Shin Guards And Soccer Socks Over The Shin Guards. These Items Can Be Purchased At Any Sporting Goods Store. Each Player Will Be Given One Jersey, One Pair Of Shorts, And One Pair Of Socks. All Players Will Need To Purchase A Soccer Ball To Take To Practice.

All Check Refunds Will Be Processed And Mailed After The Second Game Date. Fees Paid By Credit Card Will Be Refunded To The Credit Card After The Second Game Date. Donations And Late Fees Paid Are Not Refundable. Wait-Listed Players Or Players Not Placed Due To Lack Of Available Space Within The Club Will Receive A Full Refund.
