USL Academy
The USL Academy Program is a professional pathway youth soccer development league aimed at identifying and nurturing young talents across the United States. Through a combination of training, coaching, and competitive matches against some of the best clubs in the country, the USL Academy Program provides young players with the opportunity to develop their skills and gain exposure to professional soccer environments. The USL Academy Program plays a vital role in preparing young players for the demands of professional and collegiate soccer, as well as providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the game and its intricacies.

Interested in an elite college & professional soccer development program here in the Valley?
This summer, NorCal Surf is launching the Valley Surf USL u20 Academy platform for local players who aspire to play at the highest levels.
Academy participants will have the opportunity to:
- Play in NorCal USL Academy Division matches against other USL Clubs.
- Participate in weekly Academy (only) training sessions.
- Play in the USL Academy Cup. (National Showcase Event)
- Play in USL Friendlies against other top Clubs and Scholastic Institutions.

- NorCal Surf will cover Training, Coaching, Nike Uniforms (Loan), Off-the-field Sessions, Analytics Software, Video Recording, and much more.

- Participate in the NorCal Surf Select program.
- Players currently playing for youth teams within the Central Valley region will be invited by our USL Academy scouting network or recommended for participation through our affiliate partner club partnerships based on performance with their club teams.
